A touring exhibition by Ozquilt Network Inc

Proudly presented by Queanbeyan City Council

The latest travelling exhibition by Australia’s national organization for art quilters, Ozquilt Network Inc. is touring Australia. Ozquilt Network President, Margery Goodall said this is the fourth, biennial travelling exhibition this prolific group has created.

“The 30 – 40 stitched, layered works, which are 40cm x 40cm,, showcase original and diverse interpretations of contemporary textile art from Australia’s leading and emerging quilt artists,” she said.  “A professionally selected exhibition of members’ work, Australia Wide 4 will excite viewers with the infinite possibilities of ‘the quilt’ in art.       Founded in 1998, Ozquilt Network Inc. has a long and respected history promoting excellence within contemporary quilt making in Australia.”

Queanbeyan City Council is again proud to be sponsoring the exhibition as it travels around Australia and welcomes the local and regional community to view these exquisite art quilts whilst they are at The Q Exhibition Space.
