'The Q' - Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre Exhibition Space

The exhibition space is a generous 14 metres long and 8 metres wide. The natural light and flexible layout of the exhibition space, teamed with the halogen lighting system and versatile track hanging system culminate in a highly desirable exhibition space.

The Light Well

The Light Well space is  4 metres high and 20 metres long.  A magnificent foyer and stairwell are to be found in 'The Q' - Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre and they lead the viewers' eye to the Light Well exhibition space. This grand exhibition space is certainly a one of a kind in the local area and the region. The space is beautifully lit by natural light throughout the day and complemented by halogen light at night. The opportunity to exhibit very large artworks outside of a major institution is a rare occurrence and one The Queanbeyan Council is proud to promote.

Door 3

This unique exhibition space provides the exhibitor the opportunity to target 'The Q' - Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre theatre audience as they make their way through the busy thoroughfare to take up their seats in the theatre, and again during and after intermission. During normal opening hours, visitors to 'The Q' - Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre will be able to access all the exhibition spaces.

The large exhibition space is a fantastic area where works can be hung on either side of the Door 3 corridor walls, using the track hanging system. It is the perfect location for visitors to view a wide range of works, from large photographic works to miniature paintings, to works on paper. The space allows the exhibitor to, where possible, display works that may complement or reflect on the current theatre performance; therefore directly targeting a captive market.
