As the second show in our Morning Melodies series, Opera and musical theatre performer Jamie Way stars as the larger-than-life character ‘The Great Pizzarotti’ in this comic cabaret.
This show offers so much to the music loving audiences with a bent for something different. Pizzarotti is a combination of classic opera favourites mixed with a tantalising selection of comical opera pieces. You’ll laugh, possibly cry and sing along to some great opera moments with crowd favourites such as The Toreador Song, La Donna Mobile, Brindisi, Finiculi Finicula and O Sole Mio.
These songs will warm the cockles of opera loving hearts while engaging music lovers of all types. The audience will also be taken on a memorable musical journey through moving pieces including Nessum Dorma, Che Gelida Menina, The Prayer and Time To Say Goodbye.
